A\u00f1ade el ajo y la cebolla y sofr\u00ede a fuego lento hasta que la cebolla est\u00e9 blanda y transl\u00facida. En paralelo pon el caldo a hervir.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-8796-step-0-1\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">A\u00f1ade las setas, sazona con sal y cocina todo junto un par de minutos.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-8796-step-0-2\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Vierte el caldo en la olla hasta que cubra las setas a ras (guarda el caldo que sobre para ajustar la consistencia al final). Cocina a fuego lento hasta que las setas est\u00e9n tiernas, unos 15 min. Mientras tanto, sofr\u00ede las l\u00e1minas de los 5 champi\u00f1ones de la decoraci\u00f3n con un poco de aceite de oliva en una sart\u00e9n a fuego alto hasta que est\u00e9n doradas.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-8796-step-0-3\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Retira la olla del fuego y tritura hasta obtener un pur\u00e9. Ajusta la consistencia con el caldo que te ha sobrado y ajusta de sal.<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"wprm-recipe-8796-step-0-4\" class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction\">\n<div class=\"wprm-recipe-instruction-text\">Sirve la crema en boles o platos hondos, echa unas gotas de crema de leche por encima y haz remolinos, pon los champi\u00f1ones salteados encima y espolvorea cebollino.
